Products: FAQ

1. What is the minimum order?  varies by product form please check the PDF Forms for minimums of Bulk Products (most are over 200+ lbs.)  Crystal soap bars have a minimum of one case of 24 bars or 8 ‘tri packs’.  Custom soap bars vary by size and can be as low as 500 bars.

2. How Do I get a shipping quote?  Shipping quotes for bulk soap and liquids can be obtained by filling out our Freight quote form.  Freight on our minimum order of melt and pour soap base (or other products) must be figured each purchase as we only use LTL carriers (trucks).  Truck shipments require individual consultation with trucking companies for your zip code into insure the best shipping rate possible for you. Often there are small areas of better rates that must be computed manually to save you as much money as possible, which is out goal.  We are also very happy to us any LTL trucking company of your choosing. Home based businesses don’t worry!  We ship a great deal to home based businesses and with some fright companies we even have the residential delivery fee waived. You will most likely be happily surprised by the freight rates we can offer as compared to UPS or FedEx.

3. Does SFIC Allow Pick Up Orders?  Yes we are happy to get your order ready for pickup.  Please call us at least one day in advance so that we can make sure we have your order ready for pickup.
