The Process

Image:

Our manufacturing process is similar to how soap makers have produced soap for hundreds of years. We make our soap in the ‘hot process’ by reacting fine vegetable oils, glycerine with lye in a large vessel until completion daily. During this “cooking” process we can add all sorts of ingredients such as butters, additional oils, extracts, exfoliants, and even pure liquid goat’s milk. During this time we also add color, fragrance or essential oils to specifications. We pour the hot liquid soap into our molds and allow them to cool. We then slice the soaps into bars or into bars for crafters to melt down to make their own creations.
